The Studio
About the Studio
The Essence of Movement’s studio is a full-service studio. It has enough room to accommodate multiple Pilates apparatuses, or a Yoga class. The studio features the following Pilates Equipment::
- V2 Max Reformer (with Cadillac Tower)
- Stability Chair
- Multiple Barrels
- Several smaller pieces of equipment and props including weighted balls and mats.
In addition, the studio offers Yoga mats and props for those students who not have their own. Please see recommendations for Yoga equipment.»
Location
The Essence of Movement is located right in Sechelt, along the waterfront. The studio is bright with an open layout, and is a warm and inviting learning space.
